Tracy Carter has been helping buyers and sellers navigate residential real estate since 2008, bringing years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and a highly personal approach to every transaction. Licensed in both Tennessee and Nevada, Tracy serves clients in Middle Tennessee and the Las Vegas Valley, including those relocating between markets or navigating a significant life transition.
Throughout her career, Tracy has represented sellers, buyers, investors, first-time buyers, luxury clients, relocating families, veterans and military families, and homeowners preparing for their next chapter. She has experience helping veterans and military families navigate the home-buying process, including purchases using VA financing, and understands the importance of providing clear guidance—especially for buyers who may be unfamiliar with the process.
Tracy also has a particular passion for helping longtime homeowners evaluate what comes next—whether that means right-sizing, moving to one-level living, relocating closer to family, making the most of their home equity, or finding a home that better supports the life they want now.
Tracy believes successful real estate begins with listening. Before recommending a strategy, she seeks to understand her client's goals, priorities, concerns, and timeline. She then provides the education and market insight needed to make informed decisions, negotiates strongly on her client's behalf, and remains actively involved from the first conversation through closing.
